I love the doctors and that is it! The peds nurses are great as well. The front office is a total mess, too many problems to even list. The manager James is a joke. One girl checking in and the line is out the door. He just keeps walking around in the background. True leadership is ready to jump in and help their staff along with providing excellent customer service.

Great experience!! I was greeted warmly. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. The tech was perky and professional as well. I connected with Dr. James immediately! She's wonderful! I wish she was my GP too!

Dr. James was phenomenal!! I have never had that type of caring interaction in a clinical setting before. I will definitely be making future appointments with her.

It’s my 1st time visiting this location, everyone is professional, polite and caring. Dr. Nicole Powell listen to what I had say and explain and offer good advice. Came in feeling really bad and came out feeling worst because i got vaccinated, but after a couple minutes it kick in and i started to feel much better. Will definitely recommend to ask to be seeing by Dr. Powell (PCP).

Absolute😡 WORST CLINIC😡! My Mother was Denied care today. Every office visit she has had here, there has always been a problem! I waited for an HOUR to speak with the PM James Clark. I never even spoke with him. He walked out of his office & was not seen since. I drove over 30 Mins to come speak to them about my Mother's care! When I get here, they state that I am not on her contact list for me to speak to them. I am! I am a Health care worker! I know what HIPPA is about and Patient Confidentiality. This Clinic is horrible. GO ELSEWHERE. They are not Professional by no means. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TOME OR ENERGY TO COME HERE. They can’t help you!!!! 🤬😡

Dr James is such a caring Dr. It's hard to feel comfortable during an OBGYN visit but she made me feel completely at ease. Front desk lady was very polite and they were extremely organized.

Love this place. The doctor was very nice and probably the most genuine doctor I have ever had. She was very personable and answered all my questions without making me feel like she was just rushing to see the next person. I'm very happy I found this place.

Everyone here is very nice and professional and I love my doctor! But I will probably die before she takes me serious. Everytime I come for an appointment I tell her all my symptoms and basically my symptoms don’t matter it always goes back …
